She also visited the homes of the needy and took care of a 12-year-old child’s sibling and their mother. In addition, she also went down to the quarry to help out workers who live in the slums, carrying the rocks and a big hammer with her small hand.
Park ShinHye even worn the Santa Clause costumes making Christmas happen in the village by giving out presents and taking photo – making this Christmas a special one for the kids who only know about Christmas through stories told by others.
She said, “Looking at the smiles of the children who live in such difficult situation, I wanted to spread more love so I joined this volunteering project. But I felt sorry about that because I felt I have received more love.”

Jang Geun Suk explained that, as he was looking at potential projects, the two dramas that really caught his eye were Beethoven Virus and Boys Over Flowers. He wanted to do both but felt that Beethoven Virus had more to offer as a learning experience since many senior actors would be appearing on the show. With that in mind, he got a role in Beethoven Virus, and the role of Goo Joon Pyo eventually went to Lee Minho.
Jang Geun Suk seems to have no regrets, and said that Lee Minho portrayed the character well and that, if Jang Geun Suk had taken on the role, it might not have been as good. Perhaps Jang saw the success of Boys Over Flowers and decided to make it up by starring in You're Beautiful, another show with a large teen fan base.

Although they are not a real band, they have garnered in a huge fanbase through the hit drama, 'You're Beautiful,' and they will be representing this drama with the performance.
Their performance will be 100% live, and it will be in celebration for the whole awards ceremony.
As well as the A.N.JELL performance by Jang Geun Suk, Park Shin Hye, Jung Yong Hwa, and Lee Hong Ki, representatives from the dramas 'Dream' and 'Style' will also get together for a special performance. More specifically, singer-turned-actress Son Dambi from 'Dream' and actor/dancer Lee Yong Woo from 'Style' will perform a hip-hop/jazz/sexy dance number as a couple.
Also, actress Lee Min Jung from 'Smile, You' will be getting together with singer Lee Seung Hwan to perform his song 'Sarang-Ha-Na-Yo' (사랑하나요). Lee Seung Gi will also be representing SBS' hit drama 'Shining Inheritance,' and he will perform the drama's OST 'The Person Living Inside My Heart.'

The picture revealed Park Shin Hye holding a cake with Hong Sung Chang PD, Jang Geun Suk, Lee Hongki, Jung Yong Hwa, After School's UEE, Kim In Kwon, and Chae Soo Eun standing together with smiles.
The caption to this photo reads,
After today, we will only be able to see A.N.JELL through the pictures and videos in the homepage, right? At dawn today, A.N.JELL, the boss, coordinator and director gathered together for our final group photo.
You're Beautiful is now finished after the broadcast of its final (16th) episode on the 26th. Taking over on December 2nd will be the new drama titled, Will It Snow On Christmas?, with cast consisting of Han Ye Seul, Go Soo, Sun Woo Sun and Song Jong Ho.
SBS You're Beautiful's viewers voted on which couple they want to see come together on the show.
The winning couple was Go Minam (Park Shin Hye) and Kang Shinwoo (Jung Yong Hwa). The two received 48.1% of the votes which is quite a lot. That equals 5,563 votes! Then came Go Minam and Hwang Taekyung (Jang Geun Suk). They received second place with 43% with 4,971 votes. 3rd place was Jeremy (Lee Hongki) and Go Minam. The last place went to Hwang Tae Kyung and Yoo He Yi (UEE).
Though most are hoping for a happy ending between Shinwoo and Minam, it doesn't seem like that will happen. On today's episode, Shinwoo reveals his feelings for Minam but Minam turns him down. There is only one episode left and everyone's looking forward to who will end up together. But knowing Korean dramas, it's quite obvious who will end up as a couple.
Lee Hongki shared his thoughts on the upcoming last episode, "I remember the part where I sang 'Good Saying' the most. The director told me to just do the scene as I felt. I tried to really show my emotions. The lights director, staff, Shin Hye and others started crying on set. I was surprised viewers cried in that scene!"

FT Island member Lee HongKi expressed his reluctance with SBS drama ‘You’re Beautiful’ coming to an end.
Lee HongKi has participated in the drama as an actor, he said, “But still because the story is about idol group, it was comfortable acting in the drama. In the future, I want to be a better actor in front of TV viewers, I want to try the role of a villian.”
Lee HongKi’s role as A.N.JELL Jeremy in the drama has received much love from viewesr. And in real life, many Lee HongKi fans have also visited him during his filming. He said, “Drama and FT Island fans would bring samgyetang (ginseng chicken soup) and seolleongtang to show support. It was really conforting and encouraging. Thank you.”
There was an impressionable episode aired on the 19th November in the drama where HongKi has sung the song ‘Really Good Words’ while doing a crying scene as pointed out by viewers. The song is actually one of the award-winning songs for 2007 MBC Creative Children Folk Songs Festival.
Lee HongKi said, “Director Hong had looked at the script and told me to just act it comfortably according to my emotions. I had really teared during the filming for this scene. I was shocked that many netizens and TV viewers have been talking about it on the internet too.”
Being hailed as the atmosphere-maker of the team, HongKi recalls spending mid-autumn with the staff previously, “The atmosphere for the drama is really good and it makes it enjoyable. And if there is a 2nd season to ‘You’re Beautiful’, I want to participate again even if it is not Jeremy’s role and just a cameo appearance. And also I want to try make A.N.JELL an idol group not just in the drama but in real life.”
Meanwhile, the drama will come to an end with its 16th episode on 26th November.

Earlier in the month, we reported that A.N.JELL from SBS's teeny-bopper drama, "You're Beautiful" would be heading to Japan. Well, they arrived in Okinawa, Japan a few days ago and held some activities in Japan.
They held a fan meeting event where they signed autographs for the fans. They also asked 300 fans from the audience to participate as extras and filmed a autograph scene for "You're Beautiful."

As previously announced, the cast of SBS’s You’re Beautiful held another mini-concert on November 23, where footage was shot for the drama’s final episode,which airs this Thursday.
The mini-concert was held at Seoul’s Melon AX Hall at 6pm and featured all four of its main cast members — Jang Geun-seok, Park Shin-hye, Lee Hong-ki, Jung Yong-hwa — who make up the fictional idol band A.N.JELL in the show. Even with only a few days’ notice, a crowd of more than 2,500 fans showed up.
A source with the production company explained, “The first concert happened before the drama began airing, and I was shocked by fans who showed up through word of mouth. But this ending concert doesn’t even compare to that in how much the fans cheered, which made me feel the enthusiasm for the drama for real. The actors and production team were spurred by that as they continue filming.”
Naturally, the concert featured the songs that have been prominently featured in the drama, which were sung by the actors themselves. Those included A.N.JELL’s “Promise” and “Still”; Jang Geun-seok also sang a few solos with “Good Bye” and “What Do I Do,” the latter of which is the track Tae-kyung remakes for his mother in the drama. Park Shin-hye sang her character’s theme song, “Lovely Day.”
Jang said, “Now that You’re Beautiful is ending, I feel really sad. SBS is wondering if they should seriously consider making a Season 2. Because we were scheduled against such a huge drama [IRIS], there was a lot of talk about us being doomed to die in the timeslot, but the fact that we stayed alive is the power of you all.”
After everything had ended, Jang said, “Thank you for coming to our final episode shoot. Thanks to you, I’m very happy.” Park Shin-hye said, “Thanks to You’re Beautiful, I’ve gained so much.” Lee Hong-ki concluded by saying, “In the future, we won’t be acting just as A.N.JELL anymore but as individuals, so please keep watching for us. Later on, I’ll set up my own agency and produce A.N.JELL myself.”
Meanwhile, the soundtrack continues to be a hit. Last month, it had sold more than 20,000 albums within its first week, which is an unusually high number for a soundtrack. Well, it has continued to perform strongly and has now sold more than 30,000 units total.

If you guys have been keeping up with the popular idol drama, "You're Beautiful," you should already be aware that Park Shin Hye (Go Minam) and UEE (Yoo He Yi) are the greatest of enemies on it. But off screen, this is so not the case. In fact, the two are extremely close.
Although the two first met on the set of "You're Beautiful," they have become extremely close in the short period of time while filming. And even though UEE is two years older, Park Shin Hye is actually the senior in terms of acting, so both of them have shown lots of respect for one another.
A crew member stated:
"They are totally different from how they are in the drama, they are actually very good friends. Both Park Shin Hye and UEE are a bit sad that the filming is coming to an end, and they even made a promise to each other to hang out as soon as they were done. It was very heartwarming to watch."
Bad cHaRaCTeRs In "you're beautiful"
The idol drama "You're Beautiful" is very popular these days with a large variety of viewers. Out of the entire cast, the most hated character is probably Yoo He Yi played by After School's UEE. He Yi is a big celebrity who bothers main character Go Mi Nam about her hidden secret. Producer Hong Sung Chang revealed the reason for why UEE was cast to play the role of this hated character.
Producer Hong also went on to compliment the entire cast on their performances and revealed a fun story. Because the entire cast are in their 20's, they are asked for autographs frequently from the staff members for their friends and relatives. So basically, during their free time, the actors are busy signing autographs.
"You're Beautiful" is definitely a successful drama and the cast is superb. UEE makes me hate her character so she is doing a great job, don't you agree?

Jung Yong-hwa has already earned a good reaction and a nickname as ‘Towel Guy.’ Does your popularity seem real to you?
Jung Yong-hwa: “To be honest, I’m always at the filming location, so I can’t feel it that strongly. Sometimes when I have some time, I type in my name in the search engine and take a look. In Episodes 1 and 2, I filmed truly not knowing anything, so I’m thankful that people responded positively. Every scene is so difficult to act, but my sunbaes look after me a lot and explain things well.”
Park Shin-hye: “I’ve been bombarded with friends calling immediately after the broadcast finished, asking me about Yong-hwa. They ask who he is, say he’s good-looking, that he makes their hearts pound. So when I ask, ‘How did I come across?’ they all say that doesn’t matter! [Laughs]”
Who do you like better, the members of your group CN Blue or your A.N.JELL members?
Jung Yong-hwa: “They’re both in my heart. [Laughs] When I’m with A.N.JELL, I think of my [CN Blue] bandmates, and when I’m with them, I think of A.N.JELL.”

Shin-woo found out in Episode 2 that Mi-nam is a girl, so what happens now?
Jung Yong-hwa: “At first, Shin-woo was cold and only smiled out of greeting, but after finding out the truth that Mi-nam is a girl and why she cross-dressed, he looks after her. I try to come up with ways to express that, and work with Shin-hye to play off each other. In my opinion, Shin-woo has experienced a painful love once in his past. And so he deals with that pain and sometimes avoids people, but the more he sees Mi-nam, he feels that hurt easing. When Mi-nam is around, he feels brighter and really wants to cherish her.”
Jang Geun-seok: “Actually, he’s a character that women will like better than mine.”
Yup, guilty! But I think there’s room enough in our hearts for two.
bEhInd ThE sCeNeS-PaRk ShIn HyE
Mi-nyeo has an interesting, particular way of talking. It could come off awkward, but it’s very unique and the more you watch, the more it suits her. How did that come about?
Park Shin-hye: “Usually when women copy men’s way of speaking, they say things like, ‘Uh, yeah, so?’ while Mi-nyo’s way of speaking is to say, ‘That is so. Yes, I do believe so.’ It’s unique and I wanted to give it a refreshing feel. It’s like when I talked on the phone with my brother when he came out on leave from army service and he spoke differently, ending sentences with ‘–subnikka?’ and ‘–subnida’ [honorific suffix]. I spoke with the writers about that and they wrote it in, which I think is working well. At first, there were some people who were opposed and said not to write weird dialogue, but I think it’s catching on. It’s even a trend on set for the crew members to talk to each other like my character, saying, ‘Is that so? I do not know of that!’ [그랬습니까? 저는 그런 거 모릅니다]”
Lee Hong-ki: “My younger sister told me that Shin-hye’s way of talking is already very popular at her school. Also popular is Geun-seok hyung’s hairstyle, and the accessories that I wear in the drama. Today I went online to buy some clothes and there were searches for ‘Lee Hong-ki style’ that brought up accessories in the exact same design. [Laughs]”
It seems like Jang Geun-seok put a lot of thought into his style and appearance. In particular, his hairstyle with the extreme part.
Jang Geun-seok: “I’m still lacking in my acting even when I delve into the script and devote myself to it, so it’s beyond me to think of all those things. I trust in the stylist and experts for that. In the beginning, there were a lot of reactions to my hairstyle, but to be honest we lacked preparation before the broadcast began, so I needed something to trust in and go with for my character. People said, ‘Jang Geun-seok looks best like a “pretty boy,” so why isn’t he doing that now?’ but it’s not that I don’t know that. But I think that if I want my acting to be engaging, I need some sense of connection to the character even if it’s a bit awkward. In any case, the other three are very idol-like and stand out, so it’s okay.”

Jang Geun-seok: “I’ve always been the youngest. I learned a lot from watching [Kang] Ji-hwan hyung on Hong Gil Dong and [Kim] Myung-min hyung on Beethoven Virus. This is the first time I’m the oldest, and the most important thing is that the teamwork within A.N.JELL has to be good. Usually, even if I’m loosened up, when I get to the film set I think it’s important to bring tension, as the director requests of me. Not long ago, I said in an interview, ‘I learned a lot watching Ji-hwan hyung acting as a leader,’ and he sent me a text message after seeing that. ‘How funny — you listened to me the least!’ [Laughs]”
Jang Geun-seok: “It’s fun to review my acting. Hwang Tae-kyung is very forward and swift, and on top of that he’s sensitive and a neat freak. But even so, there’s a small opening [leading to his inner self] — I want to show the part inside that, and I think that’s how people will see Tae-kyung, too. That’s why it’s a lot of fun seeing that sneer on my face or other expressions I don’t normally use. Starting this week, Tae-kyung shows a particular way of pursing his lips that I got from referencing Meryl Streep’s editor character in The Devil Wears Prada, which she uses whenever she’s displeased about something.”
From here on, how will you show Hwang Tae-kyung’s appeal as a character?
Jang Geun-seok: “His appeal is the opening despite the edge? [Laughs] He may be a perfectionist and a neat freak, but it’s important to make people realize in the end, ‘He’s human too.’ Actually, the drama is pretty tight — the script’s pace is quick like a manhwa and there’s a variety of shots. I have faith in the skills of the director and writers.

Lee Hong-ki: “I’m a bit thickheaded in real life too. I don’t really know what’s going on. [Laughs] I’ll zone out alone even when I have to report to my manager hyungs later. But when it’s good news, I catch on quickly.”
You look a lot thinner now than at the beginning of the drama.
Lee Hong-ki: “At the time of the script reading, the director gave me the task to ‘build up my body quickly.’ Jeremy is a very bright, child-like character, but when he takes off his shirt he has to come across as a man, so I lost about 6 or 7 kg. The drama takes place in autumn and winter, but the director has Jeremy wearing tank tops, whether it’s at clubs or rehearsals. So the film set is like a gym to me. [Laughs]”
Park Shin-hye: “He really doesn’t rest and is always working out. The videos of him online are for real. I end up doing ab workouts with him too.”
Before debuting with FT Island, you were a child actor. How’s the reaction to you acting as an adult in You’re Beautiful?
Lee Hong-gi: “After the first episode aired, everyone cringed a bit. But the next day, they grew used to my character and responded well. The FT Island members usually point out each other’s flaws, but this time they gave me a lot of praise. The drama is very entertaining and they don’t cringe now; they say he’s like me. [Laughs]”

Park Shin Hye for Vogue Girl
Park Shin-hye joins cast of new film "Cyrano Agency"
The movie took its motif from French picture "Cyrano de Bergerac" helmed by Jean-Paul Rappeneau and starring French actor Gerard Depardieu.
Park will star in the Korean pic alongside opposite Uhm Tae-woong as matchmakers who work at the same agency.
The film will be helmed by director Kim Hyun-suk who is well-known for directing movies "Scout" and "When Romance Meets Destiny." He was also one of the screen writers for "Joint Security Area."
Park made her debut in 1994 and has starred in numerous dramas and movies including "Stairway to Heaven," "Goong S," and "Minamishineyo." She is also a familiar face in television commercials and music videos.
"Cyrano Agency" is set to begin filming on April 19 and is scheduled for release in September over the Chuseok thanksgiving holidays.

How cute are Lee Hong-ki and Jung Yong-hwa? The two You’re Beautiful stars are showing off somewhat unusual fashions — Jung’s suit looks vaguely Victorian, and I had a head-scratching moment over Hong-ki’s fur cap (and culottes!) — but I think they pull it off. It’s all about the attitude. (I’m really digging Jung Yong-hwa’s hair like this.)
